Inside the Workshop
Where every frame, every fit, and every detail is shaped by hand.
Our Approach
Road bikes are engineered for speed and efficiency on paved surfaces. They feature lightweight frames, narrow tires, and drop handlebars to optimize aerodynamics and rider positioning. Ideal for long-distance rides, racing, and high-speed cycling, road bikes prioritize performance and agility. The Build Process

The process typically follows four stages:
George Pagonis
George’s passion for building custom bikes, began when his own gravel bike got stolen. He loved riding since forever, and it was his favourite time during the weekends and the weekdays when he was cruising through Athens and suburbs on two wheels.
Until his bike got stolen, and with it, he lost valuable components, his favourite combo of parts and details, built through years of experience.
He tried to buy a new bike, but he knew—the cost was significant, and the expertise was missing.
Read about usI want riders to have the luxury of a custom bike, without spending a fortune.

Built to last
Our bikes are meant to accompany you in your adventures for a long time.
Two materials. Two philosophies
There is no “better” material only the right choice for the rider. That is why we build frames in both 3D printed titanium and carbon: so the bike adapts to the rider, not the other way around.
Titanium frames (3D printed)
Our titanium frames are manufactured using 3D printing (additive manufacturing)a modern process that allows a level of precision and design freedom not possible with traditional tube-based construction.
Advantages
- Design and geometric precision3D printing allows full control over geometry and connection points, ensuring consistency and accuracy in every frame.
- Tuned stiffness by designThrough internal lattice structures, stiffness can be adjusted locally rigid where power transfer matters, more compliant where comfort is required.
- Long-distance comfortTitanium naturally absorbs vibrations, reducing rider fatigue on rough surfaces and during extended rides.
- Durability and longevityTitanium does not corrode, is resistant to environmental conditions, and offers exceptional fatigue resistance.
- Modern, refined aestheticsAdditive manufacturing enables shapes and details that are impossible to achieve with conventional manufacturing methods.
- A balance between performance and enduranceTitanium sits between racing and touring cycling, combining efficient power transfer with comfort that remains consistent over long distances. It naturally balances the two philosophies, delivering performance when pushed and comfort when the miles start to add up.
Limitations
- Higher production costThe material and manufacturing process result in a higher finalcost.
- WeightWhile advanced, titanium remains heavier than a pure race-oriented carbon frame.
- Production timeAdditive manufacturing is more time-consuming compared to mass-produced carbon frames.
Why choose 3D printed titanium
If you value longevity, comfort, and a frame engineered for real-world riding not trends titanium offers a uniquely balanced riding experience.
How It Works
Every bike starts as an idea in our workshop. From ready-to-ride builds to fully bespoke
creations, these are a few of our favourites.
Step 1: Choose your bike style
Choose between Road, Gravel or Mountain. The style you choose will determine the parts that can be chosen next, as each type has more specifics depending on your riding style.
Step 2: Select your components in the customiser
Depending on the type, you will go through the various components that can be customised over the e-shop. Choose between frame materials, wheels, groupsets etc.
Step 3: Confirm your order and discuss details with the workshop
We will be there with you every step of the way, so if something needs extra special care (fit results, colour requests, adjustments), we’ll do that together. Just place your order and we will contact you for the rest.
Step 4: Your bike is built, tested, and delivered
You are now part of the Peacock Bikes family! Your new bike xcomes with ongoing support after your first ride! Don’t forgret to send us pics of your adventures!
Final fit
Because perfection only happens when a bike meets its rider
